Anyone having any criminal history, background or record would not be entitled for any benefit under Saksham Yuva Program.
Any person who is disqualified for carrying out of any contract as per the law of India would not be eligible for any benefit under Saksahm Yuva Program.
Anybody if found guilty of misconduct or violating any terms and conditions at any point of time then he/she would be suspended/rusticated from Saksham Yuva Program. Decision taken by the TRUST would be final and binding in this regard.
Candidate has to complete entire course and training program to get entitled for placement.
100% Placement means Job offer letter one time through Placement Drives arranged by the trust or opportunity to establish his/her own business with support of trust. Only one opportunity would be provided to each candidate. If the candidate denies to join the job or pursue the business, then the 100% placement could not be claimed for another option although he/she would be allowed to sit in the upcoming placement drives conducted by the trust subject to fulfilment of other conditions.
After joining the organization, the trust would not be liable for the performance of the candidate and his/her retention in the organization would be sole discretion of the organization.
Candidate has to adhere the time schedule and other disciplinary rules and norms as may be prescribed time to time by trust.
The selection of candidates for the various courses/training programs would be done on the basis of merit list prepared from the marks obtained by candidates in Saksham Yuva Pareeksha.
If more than one candidates rank is same on the merit list then the selection would be based on Date of Birth/Alphabetical order.
Those candidates who have been selected on merit in Saksham Yuva Pareeksha would be required to authenticate the information given in the application form with the original documents before getting admission in various chosen courses/training courses. If any details is found to be false or part-true then the candidates would not be considered for the admission.
The Examination fee of INR 999/- that is charged from the candidates includes the registration charges, examination fees. This fee is non-refundable in any case. In the condition of selection or non-selection, this fee would not be refunded to the candidates.
If the candidate gives wrong Unique ID during the deposit of Examination Fee, then the Trust would not be responsible for this. The application would be considered cancelled under this condition.
The admit card for the Saksham Yuva Pareeksha would be uploaded on the Saksham Yuva viz. www.sakshamyuva.in 10 days before the examination. All the candidates would be informed about it on their registered mobile numbers.
The candidates would be eligible for only one course and associated trainings through the ‘Saksham Yuva Pareeksha’.
On the completion of one course/training program, if the candidates wishes to get admission in other course/training program they are required to apply again for the Saksham Yuva Pareeksha next phase.
Trust has the sole discretion to choose the educational institute for those candidates who have opted for Free Course + Free Hostel + Free Mess + Monthly Stipend.
It is compulsory to participate in the Live Training program run by the Trust for all the candidates selected.
The monthly stipend to the selected candidates would be deposited in their accounts. Candidate has to ensure at least 80% attendance (on monthly basis) in the chosen course/training program and Live training during the entire course. Successful candidate would receive monthly stipend.
The Trust would provide the fees and study material for the chosen courses to those candidates falling under the Scholarship Category. No other benefits/payments should be given to the candidates apart from this.
The committee of specialist nominated by the Trust would select the sportsmen/candidates in the Sports Talent Category.
The candidates selected in the Saksham Yuva Pareeksha have to follow the set parameters of discipline and behavior. The candidates would be suspended/rusticated from the courses if found to break the Rules and not following disciplinary guideline.
Saksham Yuva Pareeksha is for all the categories. There is no reservation of any kind in the selection process.
Trust does not conduct any course/training program on its own. It only acts as a coordinator in admissions to different courses/training programs.
The Trust reserves all the right to bring any change in its ‘Saksham Yuva’. Trust is not bound to inform anyone before bringing any change in its programs.
In case of failure on part of trust for carrying out course, imparting training or placement the candidate would be eligible for onetime lump sum compensation as may be decided by the trust based on the part of work remaning to be executed which cannot be more than Rs. 50,000/- in any case.
In the situation of any conflict, Jaipur Rajasthan would be the site of Jurisdiction.
